Our procedure of ordering the delivery of translation
1. Vous nous adressez votre commande par courrier électronique ou par Whatsapp ou en remplissant notre formulaire en ligne, en y joignant les éléments à traduire.
2. Upon receiption of your order, we draw up a quotation displaying the delivery period. In urgent case of translation or sophistication of the text, an extra cost from 20% to 50% will be applied.
3. A la réception du devis, vous nous confirmez votre commande par courrier électronique ou par Whatsapp.
4. As soon as your order is confirmed, an acknowledgement of receipt will be fowarded to you by e-mail, confirming the delivery period
5. Once the work is completed, we will deliver it to you by e-mail, with the voucher for payment.
6. The payment of the aforementioned voucher is made either by bank transfer or by electronic payment or Western Union.
For private clients, the payment is required before the beginning of the service.
